Our unique Student Management System (SMS) is a student analysis programme that was developed by curriculum specialists with PhD qualifications. Based on extensive research, the management system is based on a platform of more than 100 questions to pre-determine the academic performance of students. In addition, the Student Management System would be able to give recommendations to parents on how they can further help their child improve and do better for the examinations. The Student Management System covers all aspects of a student’s life, which includes school, family support, friends, media influences, teenagers’ distractions, motivation, discipline, etc. All students who join our student care and tuition programme will have to sit for this compulsory test. Results and analysis would be made known to parents after two weeks. The Student Management System is a proprietary software of Little Professors Education Group Pte. Ltd. 

Our Counseling Unit is led by our in-house counselor, Jasmine, who has extensive experience in counseling school children. She has been a full-time counselor since 2003. Her job scope includes counselling, conducting parenting talks and student workshops (stress and anger management). Topics that Jasmine usually speaks on are related to Effective communication in parenting, Understanding their teenagers, Communications between Couples, and women self-grooming and fruitful living. 

Pupils with emotional / behavioural problems are referred to the Centre Supervisor. Parents may be called in for conferences and home visits may be made to gain better understanding of the pupils and their background.  Counseling sessions can be provided in both English and Mandarin.
